1Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Vivm mobile application and the features available
inside it, including local editing, project saving, template storage, optional coin
purchases, export flows, version checks, and support contact.
2Information We Process
Depending on how you use Vivm, the app may process the following categories of information:
- Creative content and project files, including imported images, layouts, thumbnails, templates, titles, subtitles, and export preferences.
- Device-stored settings, such as auto-save, haptics, export format, export quality, export size, project completion status, and coin balance.
- Purchase-related data made available through Apple, such as product identifiers, transaction states, localized price information, and transaction restore events.
- Basic technical request data involved in app features such as App Store version lookup, lightweight connectivity checks, and secure communication with Apple-operated services.
- Any information you voluntarily include when you contact support by email.
3How Information Is Collected
- Directly from you when you import photos, save projects, export files, make optional in-app purchases, restore purchases, or contact support.
- Automatically on your device when the app stores local project data, thumbnails, settings, and purchase fulfillment records needed for the app to function properly.
- From Apple and system frameworks when purchase processing, App Store product loading, restore flows, photo selection, or version checks are initiated.
4Permissions and Device Access
- Photo Library Access: Vivm requests access to your photo library so you can select local images for story lines, long images, and collage layouts.
- App Tracking Transparency Prompt: Vivm may present Apple's tracking permission prompt during launch flow handling. Your choice is managed by Apple's system permission controls.
- System Share and Export Tools: When you export or share a file, the selected recipient or platform handles that data under its own privacy practices.
5How We Use Information
- To create, store, reopen, duplicate, rename, render, and export your projects and templates.
- To provide optional premium actions funded through consumable coin purchases.
- To fulfill, validate, and restore App Store purchases and to prevent duplicate transaction crediting.
- To keep the app functional, including lightweight connectivity checks and version lookups initiated by app features.
- To respond to support inquiries, troubleshoot export or purchase issues, and improve reliability.
6How Information May Be Shared
Vivm does not require a user account or a social profile to use core editing features.
We do not sell your personal information. Information may still be shared in the
following limited situations:
- With Apple and related platform services when you browse App Store products, complete purchases, restore purchases, or run version-check functionality.
- With third-party apps or services you choose through the iOS share sheet or export workflow.
- With legal authorities when required to comply with law, enforce rights, or protect safety.
7Retention
- Projects, templates, imported images, thumbnails, and settings are generally stored locally on your device until you delete them, remove the app, or clear content using in-app controls.
- Purchase-related records needed for coin fulfillment or duplicate-processing prevention may remain stored locally for as long as reasonably needed for purchase integrity and restoration handling.
- Support emails are retained for the period reasonably necessary to resolve your request, maintain support history, and meet legal obligations.
8Security
Vivm uses the protections available through iOS, Apple's purchase framework, and
standard device storage controls, but no method of storage or transmission is completely
secure. You should protect your device, keep your operating system up to date, and use
care when exporting or sharing creative content.
9Your Choices and Rights
- You can manage photo access and tracking permissions from your iOS Settings.
- You can delete local projects, templates, or the app to remove locally stored content from your device.
- You can choose whether to export or share your content.
- You may contact support to request help regarding privacy questions, subject to applicable law.
10Children's Privacy
Vivm is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in
violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information
through support contact or another channel, please contact us so we can review the issue.
11Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal
requirements, or operational improvements. The updated version becomes effective when it
is posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
